While there’s little surprise that the incredible work of Regal Robot would sell out a Legacy or Signature edition of a creature as stunning as the rancor, to do it in 10 minutes is incredible, so hats off to the team for this and the additional news that the Phil Tippett Signature Edition is almost sold out as well. Watch the video above, check out the images below and as always stay tuned for the next release here on the site.

Regal Robot’s incredible Archive Collection Rancor Concept Maquette Replica caused quite a splash last Tuesday! The stunning LEGACY EDITION, which included a hand-drawn sketch by legendary creature-creator Phil Tippett, sold out in just 10 minutes!

After just a few days, the Signature Edition, which includes a plaque hand-signed by Tippett, is now also nearing sold-out. Fewer than 30 pieces of the 150 pieces are available as of this writing!

More than just a statue, it’s history! This new Archive Collection piece is giving collectors a chance to own a direct replica of the first spark of a classic creature from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi™. With hands-on access to the original film artifact and high resolution 3D scanning, the Regal Robot team crafted a faithful recreation, each cast in heavy polyurethane resin and 100% made in the U.S.A. Every replica in this edition is meticulously hand painted by the artists in their New York studio, making each a unique tribute to the artistry involved behind the scenes of our favorite films!

With the Legacy Edition sold-out, fans who act fast still have a chance to reserve one of the hyper-limited Signature Edition replicas.

Do not miss this extraordinary opportunity to bring home an authentic replica artifact with a direct connection to the artists that inspire us!
