We’re always thrilled to see and dig into deleted scenes here at Fantha Tracks, regardless of what Star Wars epic it comes from, and this sequence from Return of the Jedi – delved into recently by Star Wars Analyst but shown here in an edited version focusing on the footage alone via section33 – is a doozy, showing scenes from Jedi that make the attack on the Imperial bunker feel grittier, and much more action-packed like a war movie, something we didn’t get to see until the attack on the Imperial security complex on Scarif in Rogue One.

With the release of the Blu-Ray came the deleted footage of the bunker scene from Return of the Jedi.

Here I have tried to piece together this scene from the footage available and added some Sound and Visual Effects. I’ve also lowed the quality of the sound and picture of the used footage to try and match the archive material.
