Our friends from io9.com have delved into Marvel’s Darth Vader issue #10 to see if it actually explains the skills of Rey in Force as some have claimed, and I’m sorry to report that, contrary to what’s been said, it does not explain much.

You’d think the internet would be talking about Rey and Star Wars comics this week thanks to the release of IDW’s Forces of Destiny: Rey comic, inspired by the female-focused animated series. Instead, it’s because of Marvel’s Darth Vader comic, and it’s for some weird reasons.

Of course there are spoilers, see the full article at this link: No, a New Star Wars Comic Does Not ‘Explain’ Rey’s Force Abilities.
