One of the treats of being the Rebel Legion UK Elstree Base Commanding Officer is the opportunity to induct Star Wars celebrities into the ranks of the Rebel Legion, and that’s exactly what happened on Sunday 31st October as Captain Panaka himself Hugh Quarshie was welcomed into the Rebel Legion as its latest Honorary Member by Making Tracks co-host Mark Mulcaster.

We’ll bring you our event review of Gateshead Unleashed later in the week, a show that brought the masses to the Lancastrian Suite in Dunston for a day of talks, events, cosplay and much more besides.

You can not only hear our chats with Hugh and The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi performer Keith De’Winter on the latest episode of Making Tracks, but also the moment when Mark Mulcaster surprised Hugh with that Honorary Membership.
