What an incredibly vibrant and busy place Disney Plus has become, bringing actors of quality to projects destined for the streaming realm and hyping and promoting them like major motion pictures. Case in point Jude Law, an international star for over 20 years who is set to star in Peter Pan & Wendy as Captain Hook and also in the hotly anticipated Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, for Spider-Man director Jon Watts. Law briefly touched on the show last night at D23 Expo.

“It was such an important part of growing up, the impact of that film and that world. The way it penetrated and exploded my imagination. There are one or two more times every day where I’m walking on set, and it hits me like a child. I get awestruck by certain characters that are around me, that I can’t say.”

Hopefully this weekend will reveal some aspects of why he’s ‘awestruck by certain characters‘ as the Star Wars panel is set to bring reveals and information later today.
