We’ve been friends with the gang at Silver Sabres for a number of years and it’s always great bumping in to them at events across the country. Here, the BBC speak with Faisal Mian about his amazing academy.

Silver Sabres is an ‘LED sabre combat academy’ in Finsbury Park in London.

As well as teaching traditional Tai Chi, the academy’s instructors have found that Star Wars fandom has helped many of their students take a more mindful look at their lives.

Faisal Mian, a senior instructor, tells us why lightsabers are a great way to teach Tai Chi.
