All Jedi need to relax after battling it out with lightsabers. Unlike us, they don’t visit restaurants, or pubs, but have their nightspots, the ‘cantinas’. Do you remember the iconic Oga’s Cantina and Mos Eisley Cantina? And what if you could sip on a cocktail or gamble over different games (well, games of chance similar to those at https://nationalcasino.com/!) in a pub that looks exactly like a den from the Star Wars universe? If you have an urge to enjoy such a unique experience, head to one of the world’s famous Star Wars-themed bars and pubs. Moreover, these places are perfect for celebrating the upcoming Star Wars Day on the 4th of May.
Scum And Villainy Cantina (Los Angeles, California)
Located in Los Angeles, this irresistible cantina aims “to serve the best drinks in the star system”. The laid-back interior showcases the Mos Eisley Cantina definitely pulls off the Star Wars atmosphere. Round the beer tap in the form of a light sword, costumed bartenders, as well as themed cocktails and meals (What can be better than crispy Fully Loaded Vader Tots?:)) make this place somehow special.
Moreover, Scum and Villainy Cantina is the only nightspot where you can purchase Skywalker wine and enjoy quirky game nights, karaoke, and trivia quizzes. Established in 2016, this nightspot has already become iconic. It embraces the geek community at its best and unites like-minded folks. Therefore, Scum and Villainy Cantina is undoubtedly worth a drive to L.A. Intergalactic people who are under 21 can sip on different non-alcoholic drinks, and a substantial food menu helps you satisfy your hunger.
Galactic Cantina (Cincinnati, Ohio)
Yoda, Skywalker, A Flying Solo, and Dagobah Punch… These are the names for the Galactic Cantina drinks, and the names that will amaze each Star Wars fan. The location itself (the pub is located in Cincinnati behind a comic shop!) must be somehow heartwarming to geeks and sci-fi fans, and so are the menu and the interior. Decorated with neon star maps and droid parts, the walls in the bar remind customers of brave Jedi’s adventures in a galaxy far, far away. Whether you are a Jedi, a Sith, or an adventurous bounty hunter, you’ll enjoy the time here.
Oga’s Cantina (Walt Disney World Resort, Florida)
Nested in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort, the Oga’s Cantina is a great location to relax after an exhausting intergalactic journey. Drink a Jedi Mind Trick, and Jabba Juice, and taste delicious Batuu Bits while listening to the musical droid DJ R-3X. The interior of the bar really deserves special attention, because everything that surrounds the guests has been thought out and realized with love and trepidation, down to the smallest details. The founders of the establishment tried to recreate all the distinctive elements of the movie saga in their interior.
Millennium Fandom Bar (Las Vegas, Nevada)
Though this unique venue in Las Vegas pays homage to all fandoms, it definitely deserves a place on our list. The interior has strong references to the Star Wars franchise. The bar is also home to the regular cosplay parties.
What do you think? Which of these bars do you want to visit first? Last but not least, don’t forget your lightsaber and dive into the world of your favorite franchise!
