Over at StarWars.com Dan Brooks sits down with creature concept designer Jake Lunt Davies to discuss designing The Last Jedi and the evolution of the Porgs.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi arrives today, and with it comes a massive collection of new creatures, aliens, droids, starships, and planets — essentially, more of the fun and cool stuff we love about a galaxy far, far away. To celebrate these additions, StarWars.com spoke to Star Wars: The Last Jedi creature concept designer Jake Lunt Davies for a special three-part series. Each installment will focus on one new element from the film that the artist designed, complete with Davies’ concept art, which can also be found in The Art of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
