It’s toy fair time, and after UK Toy Fair last week, Nuremberg was next to roll out new reveals and surprises, which meant five new sets from the new LEGO SMART Play range, unveiled by none other than the golden god of the Ewoks himself, Anthony Daniels. “I have always loved C-3PO as a LEGO Star Wars minifigure,” said Daniels “but SMART Play takes it to a whole new level. Fans will get to experience my friend and other beloved characters in a thrilling new way. It makes me happy and proud that 3PO will now be part of endless SMART Play adventures.

Just announced at the Nuremberg Toy Fair with help from C-3PO himself — actor Anthony Daniels, — fans can expect five additional Smart Play compatible sets landing that same day and available for preorder now: the LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Millennium Falcon set; Luke’s Landspeeder set; Yoda’s Hut and Jedi Training set; the AT-ST Attack on Endor set; and the Mos Eisley Cantina set.

So, the details. Here’s what’s coming to joy hunters and toy collectors on 1st March, where they join the three previously announced sets.

LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Millennium Falcon set
The newly announced 885-piece set brings one of the galaxy’s most unforgettable ships to life with four LEGO minifigures, including SMART Han Solo, SMART Chewbacca, SMART C-3PO, and SMART Luke Skywalker. With four LEGO SMART Tags, the set lets builders explore new and exciting functions inside the ship that made The Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs. When paired with a LEGO SMART Brick, make the jump to lightspeed, play holochess or practice your lightsaber skills. £90.00 RRP

LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Mos Eisley Cantina set
Featuring SMART figures of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Greedo as well as three LEGO SMART Tags, enter the cantina to sing karaoke with the Bith house band, eject droids from the cantina — we don’t serve their kind here! — or slurp on blue milk and other brick beverages before taking a ride on a brick-built dewback. The 666-piece set also includes a Sandtrooper and two band members in LEGO Minifigure form. £70.00 RRP.

LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Yoda’s Hut and Jedi Training set
Make a trip to Dagobah with SMART LEGO minifigures of Yoda and Luke Skywalker, and a build of Yoda’s Hut including a removable roof, for easy access to unique play functions. Together with trusted droid companion R2-D2, the Jedi Master and his student are ready to engage in training sessions. £60.00 RRP.

LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Luke’s Landspeeder set
This 215-piece set includes a SMART LEGO minifigure featuring Luke Skywalker, as well as a Jawa and Gonk Droid, and LEGO SMART Tag, unlocking interactive features that let you refuel and repair the Landspeeder when paired with a LEGO SMART Brick. £35.00 RRP.

LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: AT-ST Attack on Endor set
With 347 pieces and two LEGO SMART Tags, the SMART LEGO minifigure of Wicket the Ewok brings the fight to the brick-built AT-ST, paired with an AT-ST Driver and Scout Trooper in LEGO minifigure form. Recreate battle scenes from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi with motion-activated sounds and lights when paired with a LEGO SMART Brick. £45.00 RRP.
