Originally due to be the 2020 San Diego Comic Con LEGO exclusive, Brickfinder take a look at the instruction for LEGO Star Wars Bespin Duel (75294).

The LEGO instructions server just updated with the building manual for the set which gives us our first official look at the model.

It features the iconic scene where Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker do battle in the cloud city of Bespin which makes for a very nice vignette.

There is no word on how this will be eventually distributed but my guess that LEGO would use this as a retailer exclusive (ie. Target or Walmart).
