The new The Black Series Heroes of Endor figure collection is announced over at Yahoo!, available in September. $109.99 and exclusive to Hasbro Pulse.
That’s no (forest) moon! As part of the celebrated Star Wars: The Black Series line, Hasbro is releasing a special Heroes of Endor figure collection that you don’t have to be an Ewok to love. Retailing for $109.99, the four-figure box set will be on shelves in September, and Yahoo Entertainment has your first look at what’s inside.
Based on the extended Endor sequence in Return of the Jedi, the Heroes of Endor set includes Rebel heroes Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa — just wait until you re-enact the scene where they learn they’re related! — as well as that roguish nerf herder Han Solo. And because you can’t get around the moon’s lush forest easily on foot, Hasbro has thoughtfully included a speeder bike.
But first you’ll have to pry that seeder bike away from Paploo of the Bright Tree tribe, who takes it for a spin in the movie. Fun fact: Kenny Baker traded his R2-D2 droid body for a furry Ewok costume to play Paploo in Jedi, and got a break from having to follow C-3PO around everywhere.
All four figures feature fully articulated limbs and six accessories including Luke’s lightsaber and Paploo’s staff. But you’ll have to provide your own instruments if you’re planning on a rousing rendition of “Yub Nub.”
Star Wars: The Black Series Heroes of Endor Figure Set will be available in September exclusively on Hasbro Pulse.
