Hello friends, once again we were able to enter CCXP here in Brazil, and we can say that the event was very cool.

Well, as comic fans we did not think twice and went straight to Artists’ Alley and tried to make some memories.

The event took place over 4 days and we had several artists attending. There were wonders to see, such as:

The first was a Joe Rubinstein Thanos, as well as wonderful art, being in front of one of the comic book greats is fantastic. He is best known for drawing Wolverine and the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe. Joe has been in the comic book world since the 70’s, having already worked with the legend Neal Adams, Frank Miller and Chris Claremont.

Another comic book monster, Scott Lobdell, writer and draftsman, best known for his X-Men phase along with John Romita Jr and Generation X, preferred to take with him the art of the magazine he wrote rather than the one he designed for simple fact that John Romita Jr is also in the CCXP, yes my friends, that other legend!

But of course CCXP is not just the “artists’ alley” it’s about the whole experience of the GEEK universe, and for this we have the big studios with their attractions-filled stands.

There’s a lot of cool things at the Cartoon stand, such as Steven Universe, Time of Adventure and etc., Warner had the new MIB, Aquaman and Creed, Disney’s Marvel, Star Wars and Disney itself brought movies, photo sets and a sensational replica of Aladdin’s lamp.

From Netflix, in addition to hit series like La Casa de Papel, we had an area for Knights of the Zodiac.

Now falling a little to the collectibles, had a lot, but a lot of store with things for sale, so I’ll put the main ones here, after all, are the ones that make our eyes shine and the wallets cry.

Iron Studios

In addition to Star Wars, Marvel and DC, Iron Studios brought us news of its new lines, Jurassic Park and Lord of the Rings.

The pieces on display of these new lines were fantastic, meaning we already know where part of our income will go in the future. Also point to the full size Thanos that was on display, simply sensational!

Tamashii Nations

Tamashii was also there with all his line of animations and Tokusatsu, we who grew up between the 80s and 90s have to hold hearts because everything is very beautiful!

This year we celebrated Superman’s 80 years, and the CCXP people paid tribute with a place just for him, and a video which brought tears to our eyes!

Surely this is the biggest Geek event in Brazil.
