With most conventions and events cancelled for the foreseeable future as the world comes to terms with the COVID-19 pandemic, events organisers are coming up with more inventive ways of keeping their brands ‘alive’ and providing fans with a convention experience.
News has reached us over the last few days that SciFi Weekender are staging a virtual convention this coming Saturday 2nd May from 12 noon UK time and featuring all sort of activities including virtual cosplay, film shorts, a quiz and entertainment including several Fantha Trackers in Darth Elvis, Blues Harvest, and our pal Level Up Leroy will be doing a full DJ set.
