Customising Your Fandom: Mouse Blues

Second only to the act of customising, eagerly rooting through their latest (spare parts) fodder mail call for favoured pieces which prompted the purchase is exciting, and made even more so by the discovery of an unexpected gem.

On one such occasion I discovered a Mouse in Stormtrooper disguise figure complete with his helmet. This figure was from the Dark Horse 30 #37 comic pack which would have originally been paired with his rebel brother in arms Basso, also adorned in Stormtrooper disguise.

Sadly however, it appeared by this figures condition, he had lost an argument with a permanent marker. Where some see a blemished figure, a customiser sees opportunity.

Drawing inspiration from another of Dark Horses Comic packs 30 #4, this time Luke Skywalker in Stormtrooper disguise (comic painted style), Mouse was painted with acrylic matt colouring but with a design which sympathetically repaired the pen damage and provided this Duros with his own unique uniform.
