Our great pals at RSVLTS are heading to the UK for Celebration Europe, and as well as very generously giving us here at Fantha Tracks a very welcome signal boost, they’re also letting everyone know where to find them at the show, and here’s where they’ll be (not a million miles from where Fantha are set up in the Fan Groups area).
Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023 is upon us and the RSVLTS crew and friends will be in London for all the festivities.
Joining us at the booth and throughout all the weekend’s endeavors will be the incomparable Nate (aka Paging Mr. Morrow) and Nick G. (of Bayside, Thank The Maker Podcast fame), as well as the Fantha Tracks crew, so definitely follow them all on social media if you haven’t already!
We put together a little FAQ for everyone we’ll be seeing in London and for those following all the action via the social webz.
Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023 is taking place April 7-10 at ExCeL in London UK. RSVLTS will have a prime location in the main hall – Booth #N628 to be precise.
We’re bringing you three truly amazing exclusive KUNUFLEX™ button-down shirts for Star Wars Celebration, also in honor of the 40th Anniversary of “Return of the Jedi,” which feature artistic designs and depictions from the iconic film: “Endor Camo”, “Ewok Warriors” and “Stormtroopers Celebration.”
Each shirt is £55 ($70) and will be available while supplies last only at the RSVLTS Booth (#N628) at ExCel Center during London Celebration…and we’re also pulling the R2D2 koozie out of the vault, which will be available for £4 ($5) while supplies last.
As with every event, these are exclusive items that will only be available for purchase by attendees at the RSVLTS booth at the show, supplies are limited and we will be announcing the exact day-by-day release schedule on social, so give us a follow.
Now, let’s jump right into it…
STORMTROOPERS CELEBRATION
SPECIAL EVENTS & AFTER PARTY DETAILS…
After the show on Saturday night there are talks of an unofficial Insiders meet up somewhere in town. Follow RSVLTS Insiders: United Kingdom for additional details closer to the show.
Additionally, we’re proud to continue our collaborative efforts with our friends at Fantha Tracks (ah-hem, RSVLTS may/may not make an appearance soon on its “Making Tracks” podcast), as well as work with the organizers behind the massive #Cantina 2 special event/party on Sunday.
See below for more details on each, but we’re beyond stoked to visit their home and to join all the adventures with the crew, which also includes our legendary friend DJ Elliot as part of the #Cantina lineup!
As mentioned, we’re beyond stoked to join forces again with the incredible Fantha Tracks gents, who are absolutely one of THE authorities when it comes to all things Star Wars in general, and are quite literally everywhere during Celebration…hosting panels, doing live podcasts, charity initiatives with the 501st and other orgs, etc.
The RSVLTS crew will be hanging with them throughout the event, hoping to attend all their events (and perhaps even collab on a “Making Tracks” podcast)…here’s a few links to find the full list of all the action they’ll be doing pre/during/post Celebration, which is quite incredible all-around:
Headlining #Cantina, the popular punk band Ash join a line-up of DJ’s, bands and special guest stars from a galaxy far away. This is the second incarnation of the Star Wars themed “Cantina” parties involving the band that first appeared at the Brooklyn Bowl in 2016.
#CANTINA, is a gig for Star Wars fans based around the huge Star Wars Celebration Convention taking place all weekend at the ExCel. A hybrid mini-music festival meets comic-con event, #CANTINA has an immersive narrative running throughout, with the whole evening scripted by screenwriter Jed Shepherd (HOST, DASHCAM). Amongst the events, shows and happenings are 13 star guests from the films with signings and selfie sessions, plus Star Wars themed cocktails, bands and DJs; TV and film covers band Blues Harvest, Star Wars parody artist Darth Elvis, comic-con legend DJ Elliot, and video DJ LevelupLeroy.
Ash’s history with Star Wars goes back to the title of their debut album 1977, named after the year the iconic ‘A New Hope’ was released, now a multi-platinum selling band with two UK number ones and countless hit singles.
#Cantina comes alive on Sunday, April 9 in the Indigo at the O2. General sale tickets on sale now from www.thisiscantina.com (general standing & balcony seating available, £36)
