Lionsgate has closed a deal for Bryce Dallas Howard to direct All of Her, details of which are under wraps.

The feature project is written by Sarah Streicher based on an original story by Jurassic World filmmaker Colin Trevorrow and Streicher. The studio is currently seeking an actress to play the lead character, which encompasses multiple roles.

Metronome Film Company’s Trevorrow and Annys Hamilton will produce. Howard will also produce with her Nine Muses Entertainment.

Nathan Kahane, president, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, said, “This movie has it all—a hugely fun idea, an incredible part for a lead actress, and amazing talent behind it all, with Bryce leading the way as director. We’re excited to get the ball rolling.”

With BDH already starring in Deep Cover which is also written by Trevorrow, Bryce is heading into a rich period of her career as both an actor and a director.
