Kevin Kiner, and his sons Sean and Dean Kiner have appeared on a special seven hour livestream of the The Convor Call raising funds for a Star Wars fan in the Ukraine who is providing aid and support for Orphans and families during this horrific war.

So before we get to the news please follow Alderaanian Rose on twitter so you can learn her story, and support her through social media; and if you have the means please give what you can to The Convor Call’s Ko-Fi fundraiser.

After seeing the recent devastating news from Ukraine and hearing our friend from the Star Wars community talk about her work there, The Convor Call has decided to set up a fundraiser to help Rose (@AlderaanianR ) in her efforts to support orphans and foster families there. Rose is in central Ukraine helping orphans and foster families with evacuations, buying groceries for orphanages & single moms, and providing for needs in the safety of the city and villages around the city. Rose has provided half of her organization’s foster-moms and kids to safety in the EU, but there are another two dozen that are still there and need looking after. 100% of the proceeds will be sent to Rose as they are received so that these Orphans and Families can be helped as immediately as possible. We will be posting updates, fundraising events, and how this money is helping Rose’s efforts in real-time!

Thank you to The Convor Call for putting together an incredible fundraiser.

As part of the livestream Aubree, Corey, Michael, and Justice hosted Kevin Kiner and his son’s Sean and Dean and revealed a few interesting pieces of news:

  • They are working on an unannounced animated project that is “really, really, fricking great.”
[We presume this will be the unannounced much rumoured series Tales of the Jedi.]
  • They have been working on Bad Batch non-stop since they started on season one, so much so that they often ponder if something happened in season one or two.
  • Some of their work is film noir-esque, with some very exciting political storylines.
  • There is a larger cast in season two.
  • Omega will look older, as some time has passed.
  • Kevin was working on a Coruscant scene, and wanted to channel more John Williams.

Join Aubree, Corey, Michael, and Justice for a 7-hour charity Livestream for our friend Rose. We have over 100 raffle items going towards a great cause with tons of guests throughout the day. Here is a link to donate: https://ko-fi.com/theconvorcall
