Mark Hamill on Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian: “A symbol of hope and optimism”

He’s been very clear what a treat returning as original trilogy era Luke Skywalker was in the final chapter of season 2 of The Mandalorian, and Mark Hamill reiterated that in response to a tweet from episode director Peyton Reed, who clearly ticked an important bucket list item himself by directing the legendary Jedi Knight.
