In recent years there’s been a very satisfying rediscovery of the Ewok movies, in no small part due to the presense of blurgs in The Mandalorian and the stellar job done by star Eric Walker to remind people of the place these charming TV films play in the history of the saga. Here, Dan from Secret Galaxy taes a look at these two 80’s adventures, and their place in the galaxy.

As the credits rolled on Return of the Jedi, George Lucas and the people at Lucasfilm were already trying to figure out how to extend the Star Wars brand. Among the many things tried were 2 made for TV movies starring The Ewoks: Caravan of Courage and The Battle For Endor.
