Star Wars Celebration Anaheim is just 39 days away and promises to bring a slew of great reveals and treats to roll us through the coming months and years. Amongst those is news on The Mandalorian and star Giancarlo Esposito spoke recently on The Rich Eisen Show and appeared to heavily hint that the return of the show is closer than we might think.
During an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, Giancarlo Esposito revealed a tease that will leave Star Wars fans relieved and excited for the coming months at the same time. The Better Call Saul star, who’s also playing Moff Gideon, said that the beloved series is set to premiere sometime this summer.
“You’ll get it soon. You’ll get it soon. I got a little few things to do in regards to that, to put some finishing touches on what I do, but I believe it will be sometime this summer. No date set yet, but coming soon,” Esposito coyly said.
The Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau panel could potentially shed more light on that release date, but either way the third season is just a few months away.
