Hat’s off to the team behind the magnificent 2020 volume of Doctor Aphra which won Outstanding Comic Book at the GLAAD Media Awards. Michael Siglain celebrated this momentous moment for Star Wars comics.

Writer Alyssa Wong didn’t hide their joy at winning.

Congratulations to Alyssa and their team of Minkyu Jung, Natacha Bustos, Jethro Morales, Rachelle Rosenberg and Joe Caramanga, and here’s hoping they return to Star Wars comics in the not-too-distant future after a stellar run on Doctor Aphra.
