William Shakespeare’s Star Wars: Ahsoka’s Tale arrives 8th September

Arriving on 8th September 2026* comes William Shakespeare’s Star Wars: Ahsoka’s Tale, which isn’t actually written by the Bard, but instead by his 21st century equivalent Ian Doescher, who brings us the 11th entry in his series of adaptations which began 13 years ago with Verily, A New HopeWith illustrations by Dennis Przygodda, it will be preceeded on 7th April by The Mandalorian of Nevarro: Part the First.

Follow the path of Ahsoka Tano in the newest addition to the New York Times’ best-selling series, retelling the events of the hit Disney+ show in the classic meter of William Shakespeare.

Join Ahsoka and her allies on a mission to stop the plans of Grand Admiral Thrawn in William Shakespeare’s Star Wars: Ahsoka’s Tale. This new entry in the New York Times’ best-selling William Shakespeare’s Star Wars series retells the events of season one of Ahsoka in the meter and style of the Bard.

Designed to read like a classic Shakespearean play, including dialogue from each character in the show, stage directions, and plenty of Easter eggs, the book also features twenty richly inked illustrations that capture these iconic Star Wars characters in their Elizabethan period outfits. “Exit, pursued by an Empire!”
