The NHS health initiative Change4life work in partnership with Disney and Lucasfilm Ltd to promote healthy lifestyles and to encourage children to become more active. New for summer 2018 is the Train like a Jedi with Change 4 life

Taking inspiration from everyone’s favourite Star Wars characters, Rey and Luke, it’s time to get your kids moving this summer!

In our Train Like A Jedi video, Olympic gold medalist Jade Jones will guide kids through 12 special moves that will help them master the ways of the Jedi.

The video (currently only available on the Change 4 Life website) is introduced by the Jedi Master himself Mark Hamill , with BB8 then explaining how the exercise programme works. Double Olympian Gold in Taekwondo Jade Jones then guides younglings through the 12 moves to become a Jedi.

Jade is joined by Laura Dajao, a professional wheelchair dancer to demonstrate the full routine before breaking it down into simple moves.

We expect to see this initiative throughout the summer at various events across the U.K if you and your younglings take part don’t forget to share your photos here at Fantha Tracks.
