Harrison Ford has had some mixed experiences with doors. On the upside he was hanging one when he was asked to read scripts opposite hopeful galactic stars back in 1975 as George Lucas auditoned to find the cast of Star Wars, which led to super stardom for the former carpenter. On the downside there was the hydraulic door that dropped onto him, breaking his leg while making The Force Awakens, but perhaps the most interesting was his time as a stagehand for The Doors, the legendary 60’s band led by the iconic Jim Morrison.

Here, promoting Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade over 30 years ago, Ford talks briefly about that time with The Doors.
