News was plenty on this week’s edition of The Star Wars Show which shared the reveals from D23 in Japan about Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge opening next year in Anaheim and Orlando.

Preparations are well underway for the creation of the Star Wars inspired park, details included stills and photos showing the concept art  and progress of the park’s rides involving the Millennium Falcon and a Star Destroyer. Also shown was a photo of 4 full-sized X-Wing fighters being created.

The new Star Wars themed hotel was also featured and although no opening date was revealed for the hotels associated with Galaxy’s Edge, it was announced that the hotels will be linked to Batuu via a walkway and will be a fully immersive experience!

The Star Wars Show also announced that tickets for the 3rd Galactic Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Orlando event will go on sale on 15th February via the Disney world website.

Finally the latest Solo: A Star Wars Story poster was also shown. This latest poster show Woody Harrelson’s character Tobias Beckett and new droid L337 played by Phoebe Waller Bridges.

This week’s guest was Clancy Brown the voice of Ryder Azadi in Star Wars Rebels. No clues were given about the highly anticipated ending to Rebels, which is being aired in the U.S next week!

To round off this week’s episode and celebrate the run up to Presidents Weekend viewers are being asked to decide which character would make a good politician and share using the hashtag #presidentstarwars. Not half as much fun as the last hashtag (#swsexperience) but let’s see who fans come up with!

In this installment of The Star Wars Show, we take a look at a new Solo: A Star Wars Story poster, talk with Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels actor Clancy Brown (Savage Opress, Ryder Azadi), and more!
