The latest episode of Planet Leia released last Friday saw the star of Obi-Wan Kenobi Vivien Lyra Blair join Clair and Johanna for a special Rebel Briefing episode of the show, and among the many topics they covered the subject of a second season of the hit Disney Plus show was tackled. When asked by Clair about a second season, Vivien replied had this to say.

“Yeah, Ewan constantly on set was like ‘I’d love to do more sometime”, he’s constantly hinting.”

Great news if it ever happens, but ever-practical, Vivien did wonder where Leia would fit in to a second season.

“I’m honestly thinking though it’s made pretty clear that he doesn’t see Leia again until he saves her in the Imperial fortress when she sends him the note in A New Hope, and so I was saying I don’t know how I would fit into a season 2, how they would do it. So maybe I could have a cameo as a teenager or something, but what we were thinking is maybe my own show, is something that could happen.”

Be sure to give the episode a listen as Vivien chats with the Planet Leia team.
