Voice actor Peter Renaday, best known for his role as Splinter in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series, has died aged 89.  He will be remembered by Star Wars fans as the voice of Exar Kun in the audio adaptation of the comic book series Dark Lords of the Sith.
