Greig Robertson
Greig has been a Star Wars fan as long as he can remember and still believes he has a box of vintage Star Wars toys hidden in his parents’ house, waiting to be uncovered like the Holy Grail. Greig is passionate about music and Star Wars, so in 2007 he decided to mix his two loves together to create his alter ego Darth Elvis.
As he was due to attend the first Celebration Europe in London in 2007, Greig thought it would be worth contacting the organisers about performing as Darth Elvis and his debut performance was in the books. Darth Elvis & the Tatooine Trio quickly evolved into Darth Elvis & The Imperials and he has never looked back.
Darth Elvis & The Imperials play Star Wars themed Elvis as well as rock parodies and perform shows all over the Outer Rim. Gig highlights include #Cantina, Celebration Europe, #1Bash at Madame Tussards, Star Wars Fan Fun Day, Sci-Fi Weekender and the Bloodstock Festival.
It was in 2007 that Greig started another passion of his; Star Wars autograph collecting, picking up his first autographs at Celebration Europe. This passion has grown following his visits to Essen in 2013, London in 2016 and other conventions around the UK. He is also very thankful for the lifelong friends he has met along the way who are as passionate as he is.
Greig shares his love of Star Wars with his wife Holly and his three boys Elliott, Sebastian Han and Oscar Toby Kenobi Robertson.
HOT DANG!
