Life Day food and drinks come to Galaxy’s Edge

From today 12th November through to 9th January at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland you’ll be able to find a special Life Day menu of meals and drinks from the galaxy far, far away that will transport your taste buds to hyperspace.

Oga’s Cantina, travelers can sample the Pork Belly Slider Skewer, made with pork belly, bao buns, zucchini sauce, Calabrian chili compote, and Za’atar spice for $15.00. For something more adult, sip on a Gin-Huckleberry Cocktail made with gin, elderflower liqueur and flavors of ginger and huckleberry, garnished with a sweet hibiscus flower, which sells for $18.00.

Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, there’s Pork Broth Noodles, featuring angel hair pasta, bok choy, mushrooms, roasted pork and yuzu-tomato compote in a pesto-tonkotsu broth, which costs $15.49.

Kat Saka’s Kettle is getting in on the fun with a Potato Hand Pie, which is tikka masala-spiced, and served with a mint-cilantro yogurt sauce for $6.79, and a Black Sesame Macaron, which is a toasted macaron with passionfruit buttercream and sesame praline, which sells for $5.49.
