Subscribers are recieving their copies of the July issue of Empire Magazine (wrapped in a glorious Ahsoka tano cover by artist Greg Ruth), and page 52 is where you need to go, as there lies an 8-page dive into the show which lands on Disney Plus this August. Here we see Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, allowing us a closer look at her familiar outfit from Star Wars: Rebels, albeit a real-world, toned down version than the vivid, spraycan version we saw back in 2014 in Rebels.

The issue is a must-read, looking at where we meet the characters, Dave Filoni’s own ambition to see this live action show evolve from an animated one with Rebels very much being the root of Ahsoka, and of course the return of Grand Admiral Thrawn.
