BEWARE SPOILERS: Just like with the previous Disney Plus series, we at Fantha Tracks will be offering our own episode guide for your entertainment! Here we will post every reference, Easter egg, everything named and unnamed per episode and some fun trivia in-between that we have spotted.

Official summary: Kids from an ordinary planet discover a surprising secret.

Trivia

And once again the intro logos have changed. We can now also see a RX-series pilot droid, Anakin with his podracer helmet, the school droid with one eye and SM-33.

The episode starts with an opening text and while it is not a scroll like the opening of the Skywalker Saga movies, it is done in the same style as the start of Solo: A Star Wars Story and the first episode of The Acolyte.

The bulk freighter gets drilled with boarding claws, not unlike the Trident-class assault ships seen in The Clone Wars.

Alien species spotted among the pirates include: Ishi Tib, a Gran wearing an eye patch over a lost eye stalk (named Pax as per end credits, played by Mike Estes), Klatooinian, Keteerian, a Warthog, Snivvian and Trandoshans.

There are a couple of names to be found in the end credits among the performance artists that are most likely these alien pirates. These names are: Nol, Nooma and Snobbius Snee. We are currently as of this time unsure who is who. Snobbius Snee is probably the Keteerian.

Also named in the end credits are a fair few of the human pirates: Gunter, the cyborg pirate played by Jaleel White. Chaelt, the female pirate played by Dale Soules. Koma, another female pirate, played by Sisa Grey, and then there is Beef, played by Dominic Burgess.

Brutus is a Shistavanen, a species that debuted in the Cantina scene from A New Hope, but has not appeared often in live-action since. Brutus was voiced by Fred Tatasciore who has voiced many characters like Qui-Gon Jinn and Oppo Rancisis in the Tartakovsky Clone Wars series and Tarpals in The Clone Wars.

Captain Silvo sounds like the words salvo and silver. The latter could be a nod to the famous pirate Long John Silver as well.

Vane, our favorite pirate first seen in The Mandalorian makes an appearance among the crew of Captain Silvo.

The father of Wim is called Wendle. With The Goonies being a clear influence on this series, it is also clear that Wendle is Steven Spielberg’s typical absent parent character.

And while you would expect familiar vehicles among the speeders seen on the street, or above Wim’s bed, this appears not to be the case.

Outside we see an Ithorian woman named Mrs. Ikk (played by Cary Gunnar Lee) walking a frog-dog on a leash. The first time we saw a frog-dog was in Return of the Jedi in Jabba’s Palace with Buboicullaar.

Leland Chee has already confirmed it, but it does bear repeating: Neel is NOT an Ortolan, but rather a new original species.

And after we have seen him already play with his action figures, we also see Wim pretending to fight with a lightsaber against Neel like we all have done, including making the sounds.

RX-series pilot droids are not just used for flying starspeeders, but also to drive school trams.

There for no apparent reason and without any explanation, but there is tentacle creature in a box at the back of the school tram.

The Aurebesh on the store, seen as the tram gets out of the tunnel, reads: Commcenter.

Fern’s jacket looks like Mirax Terrik’s jacket. It is not an exact match but both are black leather with white detailing on the rim and cowl and include patches.

At Attin is the name of the planet and the school the kids go to is At Attin Middle School as per the Aurebesh signage above the entrance.

Wim drawing a Jedi on a screen using two buttons to draw with is reminiscent of Etch-A-Sketch, a mechanical drawing toy in existence since 1960.

Roona is a Vazooan, which is a new species. She was portrayed by performance artist Phoenix Notary and voiced by Iliana Castillo.

Undersecretary Fara (played by Kerry Condon) mentions the Great Works. This was an important project of Supreme Chancellor Lina Soh during the High Republic era and the first of many clues regarding how cut-off At Attin is from the rest of the galaxy.

While Neel’s parents are unnamed, his siblings are not: the twins Jorko and Jobo and then the youngest, baby Tuloo.

Bonjj Phalfa, the mean kid taunting Fern is an homage to Harrison Ford’s character Bob Falfa from American Graffiti.

I saw your bike. It’s totally wizard.” Brings to mind the way Anakin and Kitster spoke enthusiastically about things in The Phantom Menace.

As expected, the Aurebesh that can be seen as Wendle leaves the Proctor’s Office reads ‘Proctors Office’.

Neel’s family is watching a holographic circus performance on a holotable. The performers are The Ring-master, the Great Zorbak and the Reeko brothers and all of this was reused footage from The Star Wars Holiday Special, in which Lumpy was watching the same performance.

Wim mentions as a bit of trivia that there were Jedi Temples that could lower down and bury themselves in times of danger. He is not wrong, as we saw the Jedi Temple on Lothal do this in Rebels.
