Tuesday 1st July is the day to be ready and raring (if you’re a North American collector) to pre-order this incredible Donovan’s Demise Prop Replica Bust from Regal Robot, fittingly limited to just 89 pieces signed by Walter Donovan himself Julian Glover and high-resolution laser-scanned off the original artifact at the prop archives. $1299 plus shipping, if you’re an Indiana Jones fan then you need to find a way to get this in your collection.

“He chose… poorly.”

At the climax of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade™, the villainous Walter Donovan drinks from the false grail and meets his demise, rapidly aging before the audience’s eyes!

To achieve this amazing pre-cgi effect, the wizards at ILM used a mix of animatronics, stop-motion and practical puppetry. The original prop animatronic heads are still in the prop archives and our team had extensive hands-on access to those incredible artifacts. Using the “stage two” head prop as our inspiration, we’ve developed and posed this new life-sized bust to capture that shocking moment in the film.

Part of the Regal Robot Archive Collection, this Donovan’s Demise Prop Replica Bust is a faithful, life-sized interpretation of that original prop. More than just a statue, this premium lineage replica was high-resolution laser-scanned off the original artifact at the prop archives.

As a Signature Edition, each bust includes a metal plaque that’s been hand-signed by actor Julian Glover, who played Donovan in the film. This distinctive, limited edition is numbered at just 89 pieces, so when it’s available to order, don’t delay!

At 1:1 scale, the bust is over 15 1/2″ tall. Each is crafted in our New York studio with layers of hand and airbrush paint, realistic teeth and hand-applied hair. For presentation, the resin bust also includes a bit of sculpted collar with his deteriorating jacket, shirt and tie, all of which have sandy dust applied to reinforce the aging effect. A stained American hardwood base completes the display and gives this bust a beautiful presentation that matches our other Indiana Jones Archive Collection replicas.

Priced individually at $1299 plus shipping, this edition will be available starting Tuesday, 7/1/25 at Noon EST. Take advantage of our Partially monthly payment plans with a selectable term of up to six months!

Production is currently underway and paid-in-full orders for these replicas will begin shipping in just a few weeks. Payment plan orders will ship according to our production schedule at the time the plan is completed.

Bring home the archive with Regal Robot’s unique line of authentic replicas! It belongs in your museum!
