Echo Base LIVE: Rebellion! Final Guest Announcement

Echo Base LIVE is nearly upon us again, and in less than a month their Rebellion event, is coming to a galaxy not so far away on Saturday October 5th 2019.

The final guest attending the Kingfisher shopping centre in Redditch is none other than Mon Mothma, actress Caroline Blakiston.

After a huge imperial onslaught, Echo Base has been evacuated, our hero’s Admiral Ackbar, Nien Nunb and Cal Alder have managed to escape and have met up with the rest of the alliance fleet, bringing with them the captured Imperial Captain Needa. They are summoned to an urgent briefing, they quickly assemble in the main briefing room, silence took hold as the commanding figure of Mon Mothma entered the room…

We are pleased to announce that Caroline Blakiston will be joining us at Echo Base LIVE!

Caroline has been in the business since the 1960s and continues to work into her 80s, from Mon Mothma in Return of the Jedi to Aunt Agatha in Poldark, it’s the incredible Caroline Blakiston!!

Autograph charge – £20

Please give Caroline a warm Echo welcome. She will be signing autographs all day.

Caroline joins the previously announced guests Jack McKenzie,Tim Rose and Mike Quinn in a right Rebel knees up. And don’t forget that event Early Bird passes are also now on sale: for just £8 you can get into the event at 9:15am ahead of the general entry (which is FREE) at 10am. Perfect for trying to scoop up that elusive vintage collectible!!

When not focusing 100% on Star Wars, Carl can be found hitting drum-shaped things for several bands in the Midlands area including Amoeba Teen, Flying Ant Day, Sleuth, Grand Valise and BBC6Music faves The Humdrum Express. Carl features on Fantha Tracks Radio fan music podcast Desert Planet Discs with co-host Level Up Leroy.
