With Red, White and Blue, his chapter in the 5 part Small Axe series by Oscar winning director Steve McQueen gathering plenty of attention given its societal relevance right now, John Boyega is hitting the (virtual) promotional circuit hard. Here he chats with Kevin Frazier from ET about the film, and naturally the subject of Star Wars arises and once again Boyega indicates that a return to Star Wars isn’t off the cards…dependent on a couple of things.
“I don’t know what’s going on with Star Wars. While I’m alive, that’s one thing. But it would just depend on story and would depend on whether Daisy and Oscar are coming back. I wouldn’t want to be running around by myself or anything.”
Red, White and Blue airs on BBC One on 29th November ahead of its arrival on Amazon Prime in the States five days later.
