As we roll past the end of the debut season of The Book of Boba Fett – and despite their being seasons of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor and The Bad Batch bewteen – we can’t help but think about the third season of The Mandalorian, and speaking with German magazine Neelix he briefly touched on that third season, now five months into shooting and arriving at the end of 2022.

Don’t hold your breath though, he doesn’t say much.

Q: In October last year, the shooting of the new season of The Mandalorian began. What can you tell us about it?

A: Definitely nothing (laughs). Okay, there will be some familiar faces and there will be a lot of new faces. In addition, there is again a lot of action and a really great story. Satisfied?

Celebration Anaheim is only 98 days away, and with so much Star Wars content to celebrate there has to be a good chance of learning more about The Mandalorian season 3. Stay tuned to Fantha Tracks as we’ll be on the ground at the show and covering it from the UK.
