A very busy Rebel Scum Con saw panels, signings, onstage antics and more take place across three action-packed days at the Embassy Suites Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center, and here we have Richard Woloski chatting with Denis Lawson, Wedge Antilles from the original trilogy and The Rise of Skywalker.

Denis Lawson (Wedge Antilles) shares what it was like shooting the Star Wars films. Although David Ankrum voiced Wedge in A NEW HOPE, did you know that it was Denis’s voice used in THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and RETURN OF THE JEDI? I didn’t until our conversation! And we show Denis the Ewok Celebration scene and ask him about Mark Hamill’s spontaneous big hug.

This was recorded at the second annual Rebel Scum Con on August 8-10, 2025, at the Embassy Suites Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center. It was an epic weekend packed with special guests, exclusive panels, thrilling activities, and unforgettable moments. We look forward to next year’s event!
