This year is the 25th Anniversary of the 501st Legion and we’re celebrating all year long.
Detention Block 2551 was where it all started. A Geocities website back in ’97, this is where Tom Crews and I posted our first photos in armor and spun tales of two Stormtroopers goofing off while on duty. It was here that other fans found us, submitted photos, and we built a Legion!
To commemorate, I am running a 25th Anniversary commemorative edition of the Detention Block patches and coin. Dave Liew custom designed these two logos, one the serious Interrogation Droid and the other a humorous look at life while on duty for a Stormtrooper. Beautiful work and our logos for the original website. But this edition comes with a gold border and gold fill for the “25” in “2551.” A perfect tribute to a legendary beginning.

* Patches are embroidered with a merrowed border; they measure 3.5″ in diameter

* Coins are 1.25″ in diameter with full color and silver finish with gold highlights
