Unsurprising news as Big Bad Toy Store report that hasbro are now cancelling production of their Cara Dune figure, meaning pre-orders will not now be fulfilled. It’s unknown right now whether this will also expand to their Vintage Collection range of figures.

We have been informed by Hasbro that they have cancelled production of the Star Wars: The Black Series 6″ Cara Dune (The Mandalorian) and will not be fulfilling our order. Unfortunately, this means we must cancel our pre-orders for this item. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

What the knock on effect will in terms of prices for the figure on the secondary market is unknown, although examples are being seen on Ebay for as high as £70.00 already. Presumably there are clauses built into her contract regarding likeness rights, but as of now there’s no news whether the character will be recast or simply not return to the story. Tune in to Tuesday’s 77th episode of Making Tracks where the Marks will discuss this and the rest of this weeks Star Wars news.
