The Palitoys of Christmas Past Town Trail is now open to explore in Coalville, the home of the former Palitoy factory, famous for manufacturing Star Wars toys in the United Kingdom.
Created by the Coalville Heritage Society, there are 17 posters to discover in the windows of participating shops and businesses around town centre.
Through Saturday8th January, each shop has a poster about a toy made by either Palitoy or its parent company Cascelloid from 1920 through to 1985. The posters feature toys including Action Man, Action Force, Tiny Tears, Tressy, Mainline Railways, Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake and of course Star Wars.
