If you’ve been following our coverage of the R2-KT Star Wars Artist Month then you’ll have seen this colourful fellow, better known as Graffiti Gonk but get your orders in quick, he’ll be gone in no time. Here’s Albin Johnson to bring all the info you need.

R2-KT friends and family –
We’ve had a great time so far hosting the first ever Star Wars Artist Month. We are on day 20 of featuring artists both professional and part-time, all of them with a passion for showing us new views on that galaxy far, far away. Hosting it on the r2kt.com website means we’ve had the privilege of spreading awareness and appreciation for our artist community. So we feel quite honored and we plan for this to grow and become an anticipated yearly event!

To thank our artists for participating we are doing a run of patches for the mascot of the event: Graffiti Gonk! Designed by Dave Liew, this little droid embodies all the quirky creative fun of the cause. So we’ll do a small run and most will be sent as gifts to the artists. But anyone who wants one or more can say they have the first one in the series.

Patches will be 3 7/8″ x 4 3/8″ fully embroidered (we may consider doing a printed patch instead if the prototypes suggest that is better)
Patches are open for pre-order starting today through June 30th. (if we order more you can order after that, but pre-orders lock yours in guaranteed).
Patches are $7 apiece (or $5 apiece for orders of five or more)
Shipping is $1 for every five ordered inside the U.S.
Shipping outside the U.S. is just $3 for 1-5 patches. Please email us at r2kt@r2kt.com for a quote if ordering more than five patches.
Order by sending payment via PayPal to r2kt@r2kt.com
Please direct all questions to our main email account r2kt@r2kt.com – all other email accounts are checked less regularly (r2kt.email@gmail.com, etc)

So excited to see this marvelous logo by Dave Liew become a gift for our 30+ artists featured in the event. If we have any funds left over we will slate these for the United Way Covid-19 Relief Fund account.

Thank you. Hope you have a wonderful June. Stay safe and stay in good spirits!
