Awesome Con takes place this weekend and a glut of guests from the GFFA will be in attendance including Alyssa Wong, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, George Takei, John Morton and Steve Orlando.
The 9th annual Awesome Con, the region’s premier comic and pop culture convention is officially counting down to opening day. The event runs Friday, August 20 to Sunday, August 22 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center featuring new headliners set to hit the Main Stage including Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito of “The Mandalorian”.
