The Virtual Cantina Network, owners of the World’s Largest Star Wars Celebration Fan Page, proud to announce Bill Kimberlin will be making an appearance at Boonta Eve Special Edition San Francisco: Creators of the Star Wars Universe on 1 August, 2024 at Ireland’s 32 in San Francisco, CA.
An ILM legend in his own right, Bill worked on some of the most influential pop culture films of all time such as “Back to the Future”, “The Mask”, “Jumanji” and of course “Return of the Jedi”. In Jedi, Bill is credited with working on the finale battle on the Dearh Star 2. He documented him experience in the book “Inside the Star Wars Empire”, which is out now. Bill joins fellow ILM legend, Hal Hickel and Lauren Vogt at this event.
This event is in conjunction with the VCN’s Family Vacation last week July, 2024 starting from Los Angeles, going to Anaheim, then ending in San Francisco with a photo at the infamous Yoda Statue at LucasFilm.
