In 2 weeks time, the next Echo Base Live will return to a galaxy not so far, far away at (the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch), and having announced on-screen takent Ken Colley, Guy Henry, Paul Kasey, Rufus Wright, Aidan Cook and Spencer Wilding as guests for the day, the team have just announced that there will be two more guests of great interest to vintage collectors and toy fans.
Bob Brechin – Palitoy Chief Designer
Geoff Maisey – Palitoy Marketing Manager
Both will be on hand througout the day to chat to fans and sign autographs (a charge will apply which will be dontaed to the Echo Live charities).
A presentation by Bob & Geoff is also being arranged, with more details in due course.
Having seen them at previous events, we can vouch for what a breadth of knowledge they have about the genesis of Star Wars toys in the UK, a real goldmine of information on the birth of the toys we enjoyed as kids back in the 70’s and 80’s.
Fantha Tracks team members will be running around trying to snap up bargains and chat to fans as well, so be sure to say hi if you spot us!
