Saturday 13th July is the day when the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art welcomes you free of charge for a special family art-making day in Leimert Park.

At Leimert Park Village Plaza | Leimert Blvd. and 43rd Pl

Taking inspiration from artworks in the collection, make your own fantastic creature masks, take photos together in our photo booth, and bring your creations home to enjoy.

Star Wars concept artist Terryl Whitlatch, Walt Disney Animation Studio artist Manu Arenas, and film and TV makeup artist Ana Miro will be on stage at times throughout the day to inspire your works and to talk about using their imaginations to bring fantastic creatures to life!

The museum are even laying free shuttles on, so be sure to check metro.net for bus and rail times if you are in the area.
