Starfury: Invasion returns next weekend 19th – 21st September at the Hilton Metropole at the NEC in Birmingham, and Starfury organiser Sean Harry has posted this update regarding the staus of the guests. As it stands, Tina Ivlev is unable to attend, with changes to the schedules of Elizabeth Dulau, Ivana Sakhno and Diego Luna explained below.

INVASION 2025 UPDATE

I am just finalising the schedule, and will be posting it shortly, but I have had a few last minute wrenches thrown at me due to the guests schedules.

Tina Ivlev – Due to her current filming schedule, Tina unfortionately is no longer attending. Her manager and I spent the last three days trying to make it work, but unfortionately it wasn’t to be, so Tine has sadly had to cancel.

Elizabeth Dulau – Elizabeth has a film, but had requested time off for the event when she was cast. Unfortionately yesterday she was informed that she will be needed for filming on Friday and Saturday morning. Elizabeth will still be attending on the Sunday of the event, and we are waiting to see how much of the Saturday she can attend as well.

Ivanna Sakhno – Due to last minute changes on filming for Ahsoka, Ivanna can no longer attend on the Friday, and will have to miss the closing ceremony on the Sunday.

Diego Luna – Due to filming, Diego will have to miss the closing ceremony in order to catch his return flight and be on set Monday.

I am currently working on trying to secure a replacement for Tina, but it is short notice so no guarantees.

All the other guests are still scheduled as advertised, and looking forward to seeing you next week.

Sean
