2005 was a huge year for the saga, as not only did it signify the end of the two trilogy, six movie cycle and complete the circle, but it also kicked off the next era of the GFFA with The Clone Wars only a few short years away and (then at least) live action television to follow. Speaking at the UK premiere of Revenge of the Sith, Lucasfilm Director of Fan Relations Steve Sansweet discussed his incredible collection and the state of Star Wars 30 years after it arrived in 1977.

An unedited interview from 2005 with Lucasfilm Director of Fan Relations Steve Sansweet at the premiere of Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith in London. Sansweet comments on the energy and excitement of the release, and the future of the Star Wars franchise.

You can check out myself and Louis Turfrey interviewing Steve at Celebration Europe in 2007 for Lightsabre here.
