Disney/Fox may have to increase their bid for Sky

The Disney-backed Fox bid for UK pay TV company Sky may need to be increased following an upturn of revenues and new subscribers in the Sky’s latest published accounts.

Comcast are also interested in the broadcaster as both companies seek to counter the challenges being created by online broadcasters Amazon and Netflix.
