“Give Leia my love”: Medal of Yavin from RockLove

As we all know, this week would have been the start of Celebration Anaheim and we’re now seeing items that quite possibly would have been launched there arriving online. Jewellery maker RockLove are no exception with their announcement of a new piece inspired by the iconic Medal of Yavin from A New Hope.

Sculpted in solid artisan brass and plated in warm yellow gold, the Medal of Yavin Necklace is inspired by the iconic medal bestowed by Princess Leia. Translated for more comfortable daywear, the medal substantial carving, with the sentimental homage “Give Leia my Love” engraved on the reverse. The medal has a brushed satin finish and hangs from a matching 24-inch yellow gold-plated brass cable chain, imitating the length of the on-screen prop.
