Friends to the site and especially our music podcast Desert Planet Discs, f-105 release the track ‘Outer Space (I’m Coming Home)’  and the accompanying video is suitably Star Wars themed.

Taken from from their recent ‘f-105 II: Side B’ mini album (which is half of the next full f-105 album, hence the title) which was recorded during lockdown, the track also closes out the recent ‘Hero’s Journey’ collection which main man behind F-105, Canadian singer-songwriter Din, recently published (see our article on the project here).

F-105 is excited to announce our video for the “Star Wars song” off the new album F-105 II: Side B will debut May 4! This video was the most challenging we’ve done yet, utilizing fair-use Star Wars CGI animated characters and ships, as well as our first shot (Not Han’s, haha) at green screen compositing. I am really proud of this song and video, as it was written by my younger brother Christopher Jalonen. This is his first ever professionally recorded and published song. He has always been one of my biggest supporters and to be able to showcase his song has been one of the greatest joys I have had in music.

Here are a couple of images from the video, but be sure to check out the full track on YouTube and you can find out more about the band via the f-105 Website and Facebook, as well as all the other social media channels, just search for f-105 music.

And May the Fourth be with You!!!
