Visitors to last weeks Mandalorian Forge event would have seen the iconic Mando Mercs in their full glory patrolling the room – and occasionally nodding their head in appreciation at the smooth grooves of Blues Harvest – and here, the Mercs are photgraphed on a recce around the mean streets of London.

Celebrate the launch of Star Wars series The Mandalorian Season 3 (available to stream on Disney+ from 1 March), a group of Star Wars fans from across the UK turned heads in the capital as they marched through London in full Mandalorian costumes.

Fans took to Millennium Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and surrounding areas in their unmistakable suits inspired by the armour worn by Din Djarin and other Mandalorians, often customized with their own personal flare. The eager enthusiasts hit the streets after having shown off their shining armour to showrunner Jon Favreau and star Pedro Pascal at THE FORGE – Inspired by Star Wars Series, The Mandalorian pop-up in the West End the week prior.

Turning heads of commuters, the Mandalorian fans uttered only the words ‘This is the Way’ as they marched the streets, a nod to the Mandalorian credo, regularly referenced in the hit Disney+ show.

Reports that visitors to the capital were being sent to the wrong place because the Mercs only reply when asked for directions was ‘This is the way’ are entirely unsubstantiated.

Visitors to next months (NEXT MONTHS!) Star Wars Celebration Europe will be able to see the Mando Mercs up close and personal, along with a number of fellow costuming groups and Fantha Tracks, so be sure to swing by and say hi.
